History
The Company was formed like most small businesses around the kitchen table. Bill Pugh (Ashland MA, CFRE) his brother in law, Mike Brennan (Harvard, MBA), his sister, Sarah Martin (Cincinnati, MBA), all have enjoyed successful professional C-Suite careers. They were discussing the need for accomplished company executives to give back to the next generation of business leaders. Out of those spirited, thoughtful conversations, Brennan Martin Pugh & Associates was created and launched. Our goal is to help each of our incredible clients be wildly successful in living out and fulfilling their vision, mission and values. To daily help each of our clients put “best business practices” in effect we come alongside each of our clients and put them on a growth-oriented trajectory where they can pursue and implement purposeful and meaningful change that will take their companies and organizations to the next level of impact and effectiveness.
Bill founded Brennan Martin Pugh & Associates in 2014. Bill serves as the managing partner and as a Senior Consultant. He has served in a variety of professional roles including as the Vice President of Advancement at Ohio Christian University, the Chief Development Officer for the Oregon Institute of Technology, the Vice President of Advancement at Corban University, the Vice President of Business Development at Intelyx, and the President of Athletes in Action. Bill has also served on several boards including: The Oregon & Southwest Washington Association of Fundraising Professionals Board, heading up the Professional Development Committee, the Anthony Muñoz Foundation Board and the Athletes in Action Board of Trustees.
